Simple Mail Manager provides services for sending newsletters, promotions, product launches and other informative material about company products to your registered clients and customers to keep them informed. Simple Mail Manager has a "no tolerance" spam policy and strictly prohibits email spamming.

Email spamming involves sending unsolicited commercial messages. Unsolicited messages are those sent to people who have not asked to receive them. Email spamming not only wastes people's time with unwanted emails but it also eats up a lot of network bandwidth.

Simple Mail Manager's customer support actively monitors all imported lists and all emails going to imported lists. Simple Mail Manager reserves the right to de-activate the spammer account (no reduction or refund of fees will be made and will not be given access to any data), and re-activation will only occur when all of the purchased/rented list contacts have been removed and we have your written confirmation that no further purchased/rented lists will be used.

Simple Mail Manager users may not:

    • Purchase or harvest email addresses from web sites or web services.
    • Generate email addresses using a dictionary attack - combining names, letters, or numbers into multiple permutations.
    • Use scripts or other automated ways to register for multiple emails or user accounts to send commercial emails.
    • Send email messages with false or misleading message headers or misleading subject lines
    • Register for multiple email accounts or domain names using information that hides the identity of the actual registrant like info@domain.com or sales@domain.com.
    • Send religious messages
    • Send national security messages
    • Send emails to recipients who have requested to be removed from your list.

Guidelines to avoid SPAM.

    • Give your subscribers an easy and reliable way to opt out from your list.
    • Offer current contact details (telephone number and postal address).
    • Have valid "From" and "Reply-to" e-mail addresses.
    • Avoid any false or misleading information in the subject line or main message.
    • Make sure your message content relates to the same product/service that the list subscribers gave contact permission for.

If you believe someone is using Simple Mail Manager for sending spam, please notify at abuse@simplemailmanager.com with the message you received including a note that this message is spam. Your cooperation will be highly appreciated.
